Community Resource Porch Pop-Up
The library's Mental Health Coordinator has partnered with local organizations and welcomed them to the library to connect library users with resources in the community. These pop-ups take place on the front patio of the downtown library. Library users have an opportunity to meet staff from these organizations and ask questions about services, learn about programs, and make appointments.
Community partners that may be present include:
Terry Reilly
Terry Reilly Health Services is a community health center that provides medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. Patient navigators will be available to make future appointments, learn about their programs, provide education on insurance and social security benefits, and connect to important resources.
Our Path Home Street Outreach team
Our Path Home Street Outreach team provides services to those experiencing a housing crisis. Outreach specialists will be available to assist with housing assessments, provide referrals to resources, and answer questions.

Women's and Children's Alliance
The Women's and Children's Alliance (WCA) provides a comprehensive and secure emergency and transitional shelter program, in confidential locations with round-the-clock staff assistance. Their outreach coordinator will be available to answer questions about services, awareness months/days and community engagement campaigns, and distribute educational and other outreach materials.

Boise Bicycle Project
Boise Bike Project will pedal the Mobile Fix-It Trailer to the downtown library for free bike repairs and maintenance. The event will take place on the front patio of the downtown library. Folks can bring their bikes to the Mobile Fix-It station to repair flat tires, make brake and shifitng adjustments, and swap pedals, seats, and grips.
Bikes are fixed in the order they are received, and for more extensive repairs, it is recommended the bike be brought to the BBP for repair.
