Terry Reilly Health Services is a community health center that provides medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. Terry Reilly will be participating in an outreach event for those that are interested in services they have to offer. Patient navigators will be available to make future appointments, learn about their programs, provide education on insurance and social security benefits, and connect to important resources.

Beginning in April, Terry Reilly will conduct free health screenings on the 1st Wednesdays of the month. Semi-private space will be availabe on the patio and participants will be provided with same-day results. Free health screenings inlcude taking vitals, measuring blood pressure, and blood glucose levels. No appointments are needed and services will be provided on a first-come, first serve basis.
