Back to Balance: A Physical Therapy Workshop to Relieve Your Back Pain

Join us for an interactive, expert-led workshop designed to help you understand and alleviate common causes of back pain. In this one-hour session, our licensed physical therapists from Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy will guide you through:

- Hands-On Demonstrations: See live demonstrations of safe, effective stretching and strengthening exercises you can do at home or work.
- Posture & Ergonomics Tips: Discover simple tweaks to your workstation, your sitting and standing habits, and everyday movements that protect your spine.
- Self-Care Toolkit: Take away a printable exercise plan and video links so you can practice key stretches and mobilizations on your own schedule.
- Q&A & Personalized Guidance: Get your specific questions answered—our therapists will offer modifications and tips tailored to your needs.
