Meditation Group
If life has you feeling anxious and tense, or you simply seek balance, consider trying meditation. Just a few mindful minutes can help restore your calm and inner peace.
Weekly sessions may include a guided meditation, quiet sitting, or walking meditation following a short introduction. Some cushions will be available but feel free to bring your own since quantities are limited. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer to sit.
